I’ve has two experiences at this location with Ben. Both times he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The first time I was renting a tux for my best friend’s wedding, the next time I was buying a suit for my own wedding. The tailor, Ali was also professional and ready to assist. I haven’t picked up the suit yet, so I can’t judge the accuracy of the tailoring adjustments, but the customer service I’ve experienced at this location is A++.

Bought a suit for a wedding that I was performing - pants looked like something that MC Hammer would wear, the jacket was too short in the sleeves. I got another jacket (one of those buy one get one free) and also had it altered - they never called me to tell me that it was available. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Edit: I went to a seamstress to get the pants taken in. She asked if I lost a significant amount of weight but I actually gained weight. Apparently they sold me a pair of 50 inch pants when my waist was ~40. Do not waste your money here

Very pricey and they did a terrible job fitting my husband for pants.
