Torrid

Love this store, love this company. The store is really crowded and ends up feeling overwhelming. If that could be fixed, it would be perfection!

Torrid is a great store with great clothes. This particular store is a little crowded and unorganized, but it has a very small space to function in. Service is good, there are some really sweet girls working in there, more than willing to help you shop.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have spent thousands at Torrid and am a CC holder with platinum status to prove it. There is a representative named Marie that appeared about a month ago at this location. She is self-centered, argumentative & rude! She first screwed up my refund, then lied to me about the charges of a sale (because she didn't care enough to double check) & yesterday left a security tag on my clothing (mind you it's a hour drive each way for me, each time)! Unless you want to be disrespected & overcharged, I don't recommend this location at all!!!!!!! It's been so bad over the past month that I'm reaching out personally to the president of Torrid! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
