I ordered a custom suit with Cameron and was a great experience. I had come back a few time and overall it took some time but the service was overall good. I was able to make do with the grey suit for business - sales and got a great fit for the job. Thanks Cameron and the manager Joyce was also pleasant.

My parents went to this location to purchase a shirt and a tie I saw the night before and liked for my father. They told me it was buy one get one free for their ties, however they did not inform my parents about this special upon purchasing. Not only that, but my father was only allowed to try 2 shirts on, even thought he asked for 3. No reason was for given! Since when do we treat customers like this? And how about this poor “wrapping” of the product?!? This is such a disrespect to it as well as to those purchasing it. Mr long hair with pierced nose was rude, unprofessional and rushed my parents out. Maybe you should not work in customer service if you cannot meet the bare minimum expectations of your work place!

Absolutely horrible. To start I called to see if I needed to make an appointment to have my husband and the groomsman get fitted, I was told no. Then was given a very dirty look when I was asked if we had an appointment. The young lady who took all their measurements was very nice however seemed clueless when it came to their system and to measuring correctly. Then I acquired about if we rented 6 Suits, if we would get the 7th free My Husbands, mind you the girl already knew I wasn't getting the groomsman's jackets and still let me know that my husbands would be free. There also was a Wedding Spectacular in Vegas that I had went to that they said if I signed up to make an appointment that there would be a discount as well. Store had no clue about this. Pick up day. Not only was my dad's suit big but my husband's jacket and shirt were extremely short. Then when checking out I was told we owed on my husband's suit. When asked why it was because we didn't order full suits for everyone. This is information that the young lady who helped us at the beginning should have said. My dad went to rent a suit even though he didn't need to so that we could get my husband's free. The manager at this time was nice enough to give us 1/2 price which I really appreciate him for however that should have never happened to begin with. I will say not all of my experiences at this location have been bad as we have been there twice before however worst experience for one of the biggest events of our lives, that will get me to never go back again.

This 1 star was not low enough for this store and manager. Rented a tuxedo 2 weeks ago to have it all ready for our Christmas Party tonight. They emailed me to come try everything on and only tried the pants and shirt and jacket. When we got home, I just hung it up for a few days. I went and looked inside and the pants were missing out of the garment bag?? Return trip #1 The next day my wife wanted to look at it, and found that they gave me the wrong tie and vest which was nothing close to her dress.. Return trip #2 Went back on a Wednesday night to pick up the vest and tie, and was told the correct would be here this Friday morning... Return trip #3 Now it's Friday, the day of our Christmas party, went back into the store for the 4th time, and believe it or not, they gave me the wrong vest and tie - color was not even close to what we picked out. Called store manager Paula and explained everything that happened and she seems like she could care less and offered a 20.00 credit for a rental I can't even use. Paula the store manager needs serious customer service skills training. I would never buy or Rent from this place ever again - and advise everyone to double check your bags before leaving this store. THEY ARE A TRAIN WRECK from staff to management.

We had one of the most pleasant visits at this men’s warehouse. We felt welcome as an out-of-towners. Will especially helped us make sure the clothes fit my husband’s sizes and he goes around the store to look for what we like, Chris took over and make sure the checkout and package process was smooth. When we leave he helps holding onto the clothes while we waited for Uber ride. They are truly professional and kind that I feel so worth it even coming with Uber ride. One of the best customer service I’ve ever seen in today’s world!

Easy and convenient. My son looked fabulous for his prom. They fitted him and had everything ready within 2 days. Very impressed with our tailor who was training another. Very nice and professional. Thank you again for getting everything ready with such short notice. Pricey but well worth it..

I had purchased a custom suit for my sisters wedding and at first honestly there were a few issues with time frames in which it came in and having to reorder pants but honestly my experience overall was really wonderful! Cameron the manager was extremely helpful each time an issue came up and honestly completely changed the experience from a negative to a positive. I would absolutely recommend this specific location again purely because off of how professionally Cameron handled my situation. I will for sure be back for any future suit needs I may have.

I took a pair of slacks in to get the zipper repaired or replaced and I was informed by the staff that it wasn't necessary and then sent on my way with a zipper that still isn't repaired. I guess once the sale is made you're on your own

Need better employees. If you're exasperated simply checking a customer out find a different line of work.

Was so easy to get a suit for our teenage son for a special event. Ample products in stock and knowledgeable staff to assist with the process. Alterations done of site. Ready on time as promised.
