The physical store location is currently closed but I’ve had Menya Jiro at the NYC food festivals in the summer of 2022 and the food is really good! Not just the ramen, but they have takoyaki, fried chicken, and dumplings as well. Good value for the price and quick service.
This place is amazing!!! I got Kagoshima. The soup is savory and rich and the noodle was perfectly cooked!!! The meat was tender and juicy. I’ll definitely come back again!

I tried it at Japan Fes and loved it. The flavors all come together and tastes amazing. Definitely coming more often.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself the disappointment. Like you, I read the reviews for Jiro and fell for them. Really poorly done ramen with a bland, watery broth and overcooked chashu. When I stepped into the restaurant it looked like they had transitioned to takeout only, and threw together a random corner seat to indulge me. I took three bites and decided to head elsewhere for my meal. There are so many world class ramen bars in this city. Don’t settle for Jiro’s.
Good broth, but mediocre chashu and no toppings only bean sprouts. No area ambient enough for dine-in. Definitely does not justify for the price. Staff is very nice and quick.
Great food and good experience. Check them out at the Queens night market!
The ramen they have is full of flavor and the broth is very rich! I definitely recommend getting the appetizers as well! Definitely my go to place for a filling bowl of noodles!
Really good service! First time going to a Menya Jiro and I was really impressed! Had the Spicy kagoshima and the broth was really good.
