Mercy Downtown - McAuley Plaza

I’ve been coming here since I was a child. My pediatrician was Dr.Woods and now my son is a patient of his and we love him. My primary care doctor is sweet and kind but not the best with communicating. My GYN is also here and she’s lovely. She always educates me on anything I need to know and never throws me through the loop whenever I need help. I’ve given birth to my son here 2 years ago and the labor & delivery staff were AMAZING. Besides 2 people but I didn’t deal with them for too long thank god I would recommend anyone to come to Mercy for blood drawing, labor & delivery, primary care needs, etc. just top tier professionalism and kindness. I’m always comfortable here.

Terri Buzby, Christin F, Brigitte Mclendon and Naquesta Smith are all great with their Phlebotomy skills. If you ever need your blood drawn or IV, please request these ladies. You will not be disappointed! I appreciate you ladies and thanks for making my visits pleasant. These ladies deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication to making Mercy Hospital patients feel comfortable . Thanks again! T. Allen

My PCP, Dr. Teresa Lorch is everything!!! She the BEST. She really cares about her patients. She checks in on you & listen to your needs. I am so happy to been able to find such a caring doctor who really cares about your health & well being! Doctor Lorch you are a rock star!!!!!

Great Great Hospital!! With very caring Doctor's and Nurses! Seen in timely matters.I would recommend this Hospital for anyone in need of Good care.

Many things to say about this hospital. First, the food in the cafe is amazing, best hospital food i’ve ever had and I know that sounds weird but it’s very important to enjoy a meal while visiting a relative or friend for a long period of time. The staff is generous. Parking is convenient and accessible, the hospital is incredibly clean and you can tell that the staff puts its best foot forward to ensuring cleanliness and wellness. Even the ER is clean, never seen that before. Great hospital. Great, great hospital.

Got my second vaccine shot everthing ran smoothly nurses were friendly, mines even drew a happy face on my band aide lol!!

The staff were like family while I received service at Mercy Hospital.

Foot & Ankle Dr. Seroto, Did a great job on my bunion. I'm going back to get to get the other one.
