Merit Travel

I have dealt with Laura Kelly for a few years now, and we just had a very successful "bucket list" trip that Laura was instrumental in finalizing. She knows her stuff, and if she doesn't, she finds an expert who can help. She is very polite and courteous and returns email promptly. I wouldn't deal with anyone else! The whole team at this Merit branch is knowledgeable and efficient.

I've been working with Laura Kelly to plan my honeymoon to Portugal. Not only is she highly professional - but you can tell how passionate she is about her job and traveling. She has taken the time to get to know myself and my fiance and has made recommendations based on our personalities and travel interests. Laura Kelly was so helpful and great to deal with. She's so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure that your trip is everything you have dreamed of! Although we aren't in the same city and couldn't meet in person, she was able to make arrangements and organize an amazing vacation for us over the phone and via email, and was always reachable! I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone I know!

I have planned various trips for myself and my family through Laura Kelly. She is very knowledgeable, professional and concise. Laura has always answered all my questions thoroughly, provided me with multiple options and has always asked for feedback after each trip. I would not book any trips through any other agency or agent!

Always so helpful and quick to respond. I love dealing with them. Laura always finds me what I need, even when I message her super last minute. I always get my travel insurance through them as well! Highly highly recommended!!
