My daughter's boyfriend found out the Monday before Prom that there had been a mixup with the tux he'd ordered from a different store. He called Mestads at 7:00 on Monday night. They told him to come in and they could help him. We walked in and 20 minutes later, he was measured and his tux and accessories were ordered. They were even able to match my daughter's dress exactly with the tie, vest and pocket square. And they were so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back in the future for all our formal wear needs. Thank you so much!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place if possible. Extremely poor customer service especially from management. I was lied to so that they could sell a wedding dress. Told me when buying the dress that shipping would be included and the dress would take no more than 6 months to arrive. The dress took over 8 months to arrive. When I called they would never return my phone calls. They flat out denied saying it would take 6 months and basically said I was lying. Then they said they do not ship. When I asked to speak to management about this the sales person was extremely rude. They basically said too bad and offered to do nothing for me. Ladies when it comes to the most important dress in your life DO NOT TRUST MESTADS WITH YOUR BIG DAY!

Great service and store. Needed to get Tux measurements for an out of state wedding and was promptly helped with all my measurements for free. Great place and I'll keep them in mind for future tux and dress needs.

Had a destination wedding, the staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra distance allowing extended rental times to accommodate our entire trip. Everything was perfect from the staff, to pick and returns.!!

I purchased my dress in March of 2017. It is now February 2018 and not only do I not have my dress, but I can never get a hold the one person in the entire store who can give me any information regarding the dress. I would not recommend this store to anyone if they needed their dress in a timely manner.
