Metro PCS

Problem i been having is !!! Me and like 5 other people have defective phones !! Been getting the run around from battery training to photos being sent all blurry barely having my phone for a month not good customer at all used to be good !!!

I have came in the mall at 3 different times today to get a new phone and not one time has someone been working. I came in at 510pm and store hours say closes at 6pm. No one is here again.

The guy made it easy to understand, and was so helpful especially since I didn't know half my information! I love my phone and love my service! An updated plan came out, which gave me a gig more data than I was already getting and I did the switch on my phone so easily. Also they have visual voicemail which I found to be awesome. I would have paid $60 to AT&T but I went to metro and paid $69 and got twice the data, and a new HTC phone which is pretty awesome. Overall very happy

Just had a wonderful experience with Melanie! Unfortunately I was late on my phone bill and I was initially told my number would be lost! I have had that phone number for years and was super upset that I would have to reactivate with a new one! She was kind enough to call customer care on my behalf and was able to recover my original number and restore it for me! She really went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated her amazing customer service! Thanks again you guys!

I finally upgraded from a basic phone to a smart phone, and Mikka made it such a smooth and seamless transition. She was very knowledgeable about which plan would best fit my needs. She also had exceptional customer service skills, being able to multi-task while setting up my account and phone even transferring the contacts for me! while also answering an associate's questions or random questions from other customers. This location rocks.

Located inside Clackamas Town Center by the food court on the second level. They were extremely helpful and help me get incredible deals! They sat on hold with assurance wireless for an hour almost just so I could get a deal and transfer my number over. Best experience I have ever had with a cellphone company!

Adolfo was very helpful and a bit attractive . I went in to upgrade my phone to a Galaxy J7 and he did it effortlessly and conveniently. He applied my screen protector for me too which I hate doing myself because I always get air bubbles. His friendliness and knowledge made my experience a good one.

They lied to me twice in one visit first they said that there was no activation fees then it was $10. when I wanted to take advantage of the promotional offer at this time they told me it was $25 activation fee per line more than doubling the original quote. Wow...

Employees are very friendly and very very helpful. Their phone accessories are better and they were really trying to help me to get the best deal on my side. Five stars to this clackamas mall location.
