T-Mobile

Terrible service, the employees didn't know how to work the TMobile app. Just plain rude and unaccommodating.

Customer service was amazing the sales experience was awesomeme and my friends and family to come to this T-Mobile store many options many great things the customer service rep Tabitha works very hard very good and service all the staff was nice and wonderful.

I just wish they would have more phones in stock at the stores. We went in to upgrade 2 phones, but walked away with only one because the other wasn't in stock.

The worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. disconnected my wife's phone completely ported my son's phone to the wrong number and then made no excuses and made us wait another 45 minutes when they fixed their mistake.

Fast and friendly service

Amazing customer service! Went inside to see if we can make a change in our plan and Ivan truly assisted us by seeing what other offers are available. He took the time to assist and explain which makes an awesome sales rep.
