CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS & IS PHENOMENAL! Had the pleasure of working with Dan to create custom New York Mets jerseys for my nephews. When I arrived, Dan immediately greeted me, politely, and asked if I needed any assistance. He guided me through the customization process and patiently worked on the name and number alignment to my liking. Twist to this story is that I need to return the jersey because it did not fit my nephew. Dan welcomed me back and again he patiently worked with me to make sure that I walked out of the store with the correct jersey size and same letter/number alignment. I was convinced that coming from New Jersey via public transportation that I would walk away with a poor experience. Dan proved me wrong! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO SEE DAN AND FRIENDS AT THE NEW YORK METS CLUBHOUSE SHOP!!! ***** Thank you once again!

GO METS!!! I live in Brooklyn and always head over to the Clubhouse to get my Mets gear. I know there are other sporting goods stores and a ton of places online to buy team swag but I love the hat & jersey selection. I have never had an issue with any item I have purchased and it has always been great quality gear. The store has tons of different items and the employees have always been helpful. I definitely​ recommend checking it out.

Lovely gear but what an ignorant salesman in fact worst I have ever dealt with, I troubled him by going to the checkout with a tshirt I was going to purchase, he seen me waiting and totally ignored me then after I attracted his attention after a few minutes I was given a grunt and said are you ready, which I replied yes he took money and bagged my t shirt without so much as a thanks or any vocal contact, I left the shop really angry and will not return to this store again. Customer service is non existent with this guy
