NYC Racquet Sports

Not sure how anyone can rate this place under “5”. I was there today to buy a last minute Mother’s Day gift an Woody went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He did not oversell me on a more expensive racquet, however he offered a great, well priced racquet and was able to string it in record time (13 minutes) so I was able to make my train. Bottom line, this is where you need to go in NYC for all your tennis supplies. I also bought a fashionable and reasonably priced outfit. Thanks Woody and the NYC Racquet team on 35th street!!

What a lifesaver! NYC Racquet Sports is pretty much the only place in Midtown Manhattan that you can get all you need to start a game of tennis within minutes of walking in (including stringing!) The product selection is small but it's of top quality; especially combined with Woody's vast experience, you will leave completely satisfied with your purchase. This will be my go to spot moving forward.

Really nice place for Specialty Sports Equipment, although I'm not a sports guy I've used it to pick up my Amazon Locker orders, the owner of the store is really nice.

I have a really good memory from this place. They sell not much stuff but the stuff they have is amazing and of great quality. I bought some skirts and shirts from head which I have never found anywhere else which is a good thing because I do not like it when people are wearing the same things. The place was calm so I could extensively try things on. The staff was very nice as well.
