Use the US Postal Service to find people's address so everybody be aware. They were looking for my son who has the same name as I have. They claim the postal service gave them my address and that he receives mail there. That's a lie! My so has never lived in my household.. And how can they differentiate 2 people with the same name without a bday or ss#? This is a illegal process to close open chilsupport cases and it harasses the homeowners who are not the people they are seeking. This process should be looked itnto. People be aware.

I had a 1:00 appointment, I sat there from 12:55 to 2:00 before being seen. It takes 2 minutes to do a test!...what was the point of scheduling an appointment time? So unprofessional!!!
