Dr Tilda Martin, Nurse Martha and Dr Carrie Emory are just about the best of the best . If you want great doctors and staff, come here. I have 4 kids and myself seen by these ladies and I have not one complaint. They are thorough, professional and we hardly have a wait time any longer than 15 minutes. The office is clean and friendly and they will work with you if you've lost your insurance and cant really afford your visit.

Everyone in the office is awesome and friendly! I just recommend not seeing doctor Cat Fuller. I've been suffering from terrible anxiety and all she says to me is "I don't know what else to do for you" and is more focused on me smoking cigarettes than anything. Everyone I've talked to other than her was was really nice though!

From the first phone conversation with Sarah it was evident that this experience was not going to be a pleasant one. She was snappy and unprofessional from the start but when you’re sick and in pain you’re not exactly prepared to fight that fight. She managed to double book my appointment. I waited for over an hour before being seen. I need my prescription for my inhaler to be refilled. With an ear infection, a raging fever, and a chest cold that has been making it exceptionally harder to breathe. Sooner rather than later would be appreciated. When calling to inquire on the status of the prescription, the pharmacy informs me that they have not received any information (this is about five hours after making the request) so I call Complete Care to see what’s up. Laura/Lorie (whatever your name is) I’m sure you put in long hours at the office but this doesn’t excuse yours or Sarah’s unprofessional and rude attitudes. Because I am inquiring about a prescription for an inhaler (which is important for my vitality) you speak to me disrespectfully and impatiently. Telling me that “technically you are allowed 72 hours before actually having to fill a prescription and that I have to be patient because the doctor is a very busy woman”... well thank you Sarah for that information. It’s so refreshing to see that the system hasn’t changed and is indeed only getting worse. If you could have pulled your head out of your ass and simply reassured me that the paperwork didn’t get lost and that the fact that I am having a hard time breathing right now is being taken seriously, then you would have been doing your job correctly. Instead, well here we are. This is the last time I will ever be using your service again and I will further discourage people from seeking help from you. Merry Christmas

THANK YOU TO THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE THERE EXPERIENCE THIS HELPED ME OUT A LOT AND I WILL NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THIS HAD MORE BAD REVIEWS THAN GOOD AND WITH READING EVERYONES BAD EXPERIENCES I DO NOT TO GO... SO THANK YOU😊

The physician honestly made me feel like a didn't matter in this world. I actually felt depressed after. I don't even know how it happen if I went in for a refferal and some professional advise. Office staff has nice and approachable. Won't be back.
