Current client. I will be calling the Mintz law firm manager. I do not feel my husband and I have been represented well. We we're hit by a PT cruiser while on our motorcycle. I seriously wish we would not have signed any paperwork and went with a different company. Maybe something I will still check into. Trying to get a response from anyone is awful. I have emailed and called multiple times about my case and medical needs and finally reached Brenda Contreras. I feel like I annoyed her and she had no sense of concern. It has been an awful feeling. There are days I can't walk because of my pain and to deal with the representation I have has just made me completely depressed. I'm told I will need to pay out of pocket for continued medical treatment, which I need more injections (and medication just to handle daily life). I don't understand how I am liable for my pain, suffering and care for something that wasn't my fault. Makes no sense to me. The doctor who was on my case told me I will have pain the rest of my life. I can't continue to live like this or have representation from people who don't care.

Everything is ok. I wonder why the legal system does not have the victims in DUI accidents called into the hearings for the DUI driver? The person that hit us has been getting continuances since November 2017 and has another hearing coming up on Feb 26, 2018. I sure as hell would hope that the DA would not allow the person to plead down the charges. Also, don't we have rights to hear her excuses and to find out where she had been drinking for possible Dram shop case? At any rate, Robin Scully has been pretty awesome in supporting my case. I look forward to getting well and getting a satisfactory outcome as we move forward. Rick Porter

I've only talked to my lawyer in two months I don't have a clue what's going on.Got a call just a misunderstanding we got back on track thanks for calling I'm good now.I should have just called it would have fixed thus problem no problem now
