Mister Car Wash

Horrible Customer service. So i'm vacuuming my vehicle and this employee named Brandon starts cleaning the vacuums next to my car, so i ask him to hold on while i close my car door because dust is going into my car. He doesn't stop and tells me it's not. so i ask again, and he stops for a second looks at me while i close one door and before i reach the second door, he starts again. So i go to speak to the manager, and another employee called Danielle, tells me they are having issues with the wash (meanwhile they are still driving cars through the wash) so the manager cant speak to me because he is on the phone. I ask to speak to him right away, but she says she can't get him. Needless to say, I am never going to spend another dime on any of their franchises or partner companies again, and neither will those i advise. Keep in mind that i used to use the place at least once or a week.

Best $20 I spend every month. Nice facility! Great amenities for the members. I like the air blowers for detailing and the microfiber towels.

Love this place since Mister took over. They made the free vacs work better and its a great wash. You can't beat the unlimited wash feature which is at a great price for monthly payments.

Free vacuums are great, although a couple were clogged with wrappers and barely working. $5 car wash was quick and manned with actual staff members.

Very quick and easy. No worries. Car always comes out clean.
