Mister Car Wash

Paid $180 for interior and exterior detailed clean and wax. Doesn't even look waxed and windows have smudges. The interior was something I could have done better myself. They didn't clean my center console and broke the door to it. There was dirt still in the creases of almost everything. There was chemicals left on my doors and I have kids which is not okay. I asked for my car to look brand-new and they assured me that package would meet my needs. I am completely dissatisfied with their work. However, they greeted me and the waiting room was comfortable with free popcorn while I waited 3 HOURS for a lazy detailing.

Super friendly. They recently streamlined their system so you pay outside. The inside was really clean and swanky, got a discount and paid 27 for what would been almost fifty. They offer coffee, changed often and popcorn. I needed spilled soda out of the cup holders and they said it wouldn't be a problem, even though it's outside their offered listings. It's a shame I'm moving away. Great car wash for our neighborhood. They double checked everything and found the vacuuming sub par so just did it again, just to make sure it was done right. Glad I came here today.

You're able to get your vehicle washed in about 15 minutes. Overall, they do a good job but sometimes you have to have them redo a section but they are always willing to make you a happy customer.

This car wash has been great ever since we moved close to the neighborhood. I take my truck in every Saturday for the regular wash, and leave satisfied. I had a few issues before but i had them fixed with the workers that are normally there working on weekends. Took my truck in today, had very light light mud stains from attending the Pima fair grounds and wanted to charge extra to take off. Im not satisfied knowing that you go in for a wash and they are wanting to charge extra for something that should be included in the wash. I will no longer bring my business to mister car wash nor will I recommend to anyone.

Got their "ultimate wash". Vacuum job was horrible, when I said something about it the guy stated "there is a detail service for that". I used to be a loyal customer, but will not be returning. Seems like the company has forgotten about Service, and are only about the money. Sad.
