Modern Medical Supply

We purchase a lift chair and a scooter for our grandmother. After calling a few other places, we found Modern Medical Supplies. What ultimately drew us to make our purchase was the professionalism of the family that runs this business. Our salesperson Alex helped choose a scooter which would transition well from a hard floor surface to carpet, and fit around the tight corners and small footprint in the house. We really appreciate the time that he took with us (which was a lot!) and for helping to give our grandma back her mobility.

I called to get information on a durable equipment rental and was talked to like I am a clueless moron. The man who answered the phone was rude and condescending and dismissive.
