I wouldn't even give them the 1 star. Customer service was terrible. Not at all accommodating down right rude. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I really didn't want to give them one star. First, they answered the phone with a hello. No name or name of company. The representative was very rude and obnoxious to me. I am a therapist to an older woman who didn't understand how to use the equipment. So when she called to get information, she was very agitated and couldn't get any answers. I then called for her to get some information about usage because she was never shown how to use the scooter. Because she was agitated with them, they became very rude to me. This is a brand new scooter, the battery won't charge and now they are charging her for another battery. They need to realize that most of their clients are older people and learn how to talk to them. Very poor customer service.
