Moe's Southwest Grill

Ate there four times while daughter at the Clinic. Food was good, did not mind waiting a bit. There were 3-4 people serving while I was there and all of them were extremely rude to me. But the food was good. Fours stars based on food, not on staff. Staff would have earned a zero.

Food wasn't to bad, lettuce had a bad taste. I'm in the hospital,my husband went there to eat, his first time there, he said the staff was really rude. If I could get out of bed and down stairs, I would ask why have attitude and where is a manager.My husband will eat else where for the duration of my stay here.

This is hands down the worst of any of the restaurants at the Cleveland clinic. The workers are lazy dirty people that spend more time standing around and arguing with each other about not their job. They had 8 employees behind counter 2 were actually working they were out of white rice queso fresh jalapeño but we're any of the other 4-6 employees behind the counter trying to restock. NO. This is the worst place at the clinic and should be shut down. Or at the very least the manager needs to be changed because it is not being run to MOE standards. I mean the lady told me that she was only gonna fill my side of queso 1/2 way cause she didn't feel like going to the back to get more

Avoid this place. The food isn't all that bad but the service is always the worst.

Waited in line, ordered burrito, went to pay and was told there was no burrito. That no burritos had been made in 20-30 minutes. Employee at register stated she wasn't giving anything away. I didn't want anything given to me I wanted to pay for the burrito I ordered. When at a hospital in a already stressful situation the last thing I expected in my moment away was my burrito to disappear, and then get accused of trying to take something. Thanks for making my day worse.
