Ordered meal at 7:36. Supposed to be ready at 7:51. Did not get meals until 8:20. The lady kindly gave me a free drink because of my wait without me even saying anything. Still slightly annoyed that I had to wait in the store so long for my food, I get home just to go to eat the bowl and then theres 5 pieces of chicken… Then to find out the burrito had even less. Really annoyed. Don’t order online from this store!!!

Catching up on reviews. I stopped by on Sunday, 09-18-22, after leaving Festival In The Park. It appeared that many others did the same as the restaurant was fairly business. There was a line, but it was moving. I'm sure the chips I saw on the ground probably had fallen in the hustle and bustle of preparing orders. I just ordered a drink, but the young lady I ordered for did enjoy her burrito unpictured.

Friendly employees!! First time eating at Moes. Always go to chipotle. I wasn’t missing out on anything. There is no flavor.

My daughter and I eat at Moe's faithfully. However this particular location is horrible with customer service. They only give you half of portion and if you ask for extra they look like you have ask for their paychecks. I usually order a veggie bowl and ask for more guacamoleoffer to pay extra since I don’t eat Queso but I still get bad looks from their team.  They will serve burned rice and lie about its quality. A member of their team told me the rice wasn’t burned, but I have been cooking rice for over 25 years and know burned dry rice from a far. Also they have two types of peco one is spicy The other isn’t. I clearly ask for the one that isn’t spicy and get the spicy one anyone. Since one of the team members ensured me that they both was not spicy. Then I’m paying for 2 bowls and they only fix 1 bag of chips. When I ask for another bag I get dirty looks again. I’m not going to visit this location again because I have had too many bad experiences there. I will make my very own veggie bowl at home.

Ever since I moved over here I’ve been coming to this location for the last eight months or so I’ve been to this location before I moved over here and it used to be really good. Used to be one of my favorite locations and over the last eight months it’s just deteriorated always having new people in there every other week and I understand these days it’s hard to keep good employees, but they’re just always on their phone with a supervisor standing right there with them, just unprofessional. The Adobe chicken use to be one of my favorite meats but at this location for some reason it does not taste the same as other locations. Im here all the time the regular people who’s been there forever are amazing. They know me by name and they take care of me and it’s just the new people left and right that don’t care and they’re always out of certain salsas that I love. This is the only Moes near me. Just wish things were more consistent so I always get a good experience

Decent food if your order is ever made correctly. We’ve ordered delivery multiple times from this Moe’s location and they never seem to be able to get it right. If you’re lucky, the worst thing is that they forget to include salsa or queso, but the past two times we’ve ordered through here we’ve had to call, have them remake it and go pick the order up ourselves because even though the order mistakes are 100% Moe’s fault, they say they don’t have the ability to re-dispatch the DoorDash drivers - which fair enough - but now I’ve paid a delivery fee and still have to go pick up my order myself. Most recently they made someone else’s order and then put our delivery ticket on the outside of the bag so the delivery driver unknowingly brought us the wrong order. Again not the fault of the delivery service - but rather the Moe’s staff preparing the order. And it was still total chaos trying to get it resolved when I got there to have them fix it. It’s incredibly frustrating to have ordered delivery and then having to still wait another 20 min for our food AND having to go pick it up myself because the staff here don’t seem to be capable of getting an order right.

Food was good. No Welcome to Moe's was said for anyone entering the store. They do a 34 cent military discount. Worker that was cleaning dining room was friendly.Food: 4/5

I ordered my food for pick up. When I arrived I had to sit outside for 20 waiting for someone to answer the phone. The person who answered seemed upset and shoved my order in my hand when he brought my food to me. They should not have curbside pick-up if it is an inconvenience to bring orders out. My order was wrong and the food was mediocre

Worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to.  Management is horrible and definitely needs some training on customer service. We eat Moe’s religiously, but we rather not have it at all if it means eating at this location. Will not be returning.

Thrilled to be driving 20 mins back out there well past lunch hour because my order is someone else’s and no one is answering the phone. First and last time I’ll be here.
