Moeller Music (Willis Music)

My daughter needed a music stand and I was just going to go where ever Google Maps suggested. My daughter said to go to Moeller because she rents her clarinet there and they are nice. She was right. They are very nice and friendly. They treat people like people and know their stuff.

I'm in euphonium and symphonic winds at Lakota West High School. I showed up today because my instrument had a certain airiness to it that was not there before. I didn't really look at the instruments it was wrong but when we showed out they looked at it and they fixed it with a simple cork over the spit valve that had fallen off. They were very nice about it and they made the entire experience easy.

I love this place. It's so nice to be treated like a human being by professionals who have a vested interested in their product and business. We were helped immediately. Kind music dude talked directly with my 12 year old son about his preferences, and listened to what he had to say. He spoke with me, without pressure, about the benefits of purchasing used versus renting new. Gave us a deal on future warranty. The atmosphere was fun--cool jazz playing. They care about their customers.

Good selection of guitars and cases. They had many good markdowns deals during the time I was there. Knowledgeable staff. They do lessons also.
