Sam Ash Music Stores

Very informal, and warm. The staff was friendly and right in there to greet and take care of your needs. Mine was planned and was even better.The store is laid out for all your desires and needs and is huge. Found what I needed and all went very well. I highly recommend them as I will be going there from here on out. Thank you Sam Ash of Cincinnati, Ohio and all your staff. Fantastic. :) Great place to be in Musical dream becomes reality.....you have to see to believe it....

Recently ordered a bass and an amp here. Ordering process was very easy and staff was super helpful! My equipment arrived unscathed and was in perfect working condition out of the box. Staff helped me pick out any remaining accessories I needed and load everything into my car. Competitive prices, quality gear, friendly staff, and great protection/service plan offers.

I've been shopping there on and off since I moved into the area. Nice floor space to display the goods. What impressed me most was how quickly my guitar got a set-up. Very professional and the guys that can play better than me, played it to show me that it was fixed. Sounds better and feels better to play.

I can give Sam Ash 4 out of 5 stars because I'd say that 4 out of 5 times I go there I meet someone who hasn't had their soul completely sucked dry by the music industry. There's also a Guitar Center nearby, but I feel like when I go to Sam Ash there is more love for music. If I got to hang out and talk to people about music and guitars all day I think I'd be ecstatic, which isn't always the vibe I get from employees.. The fact that there are basically 100 copies of the same 2 guitars on the wall isn't Sam Ash's fault. I have had sales people recommend used gear when it was better suited for what I need. When they ask me if I need picks or strings I usually feel like they actually care about me more than they are trying to increase a sale. I almost always walk out of there feeling better than when I went in. I guess my standards are pretty low, but in a big box store world I can still recommend Sam Ash because it still reminds me of the basic thing, which is people expressing their souls through music.

Awesome place with an amazing crew of people! Guitar Center (aka the broom closet) around the corner doesn't stand a chance! They are like family and will treat you like family.
