I ate dinner here over the week and dinner was good. I ordered a burger and house made chips. Went I received my bill it was over $60 I need it was incorrect so I asked for a manager. The manager came out and was extremely rude. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to and he explained that nothing else could be done that he was the highest level of management that I could speak to. Then he said your complaint is petty and that his dinner was getting cold so that I could either wait until he was finish or leave. I asked for his name that he refused to provide and at this point I was in disbelief. I then asked one of the wait staff his name. Cedrick I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.. Thanks Cedrick for the most disrespect that I have ever received in an establishment..
This is a great restaurant and bar. The bar is a good place to watch a sports game, enjoy a beer and relax. It's in the Doubletree Hotel, but it isn't a typical hotel restaurant and bar. It has a great vibe, the windows are huge and give you a lot of light during the day and a good view of the city at night. The prices are very reasonable for a hotel restaurant and they often have great specials. I had Lamb Ragu over pasta which was really special. This isn't a go to place, but if you have a friend coming into town staying at the Doubletree, consider eating right there if the purpose is catching up. You'll get good service and have a solid meal. Parking: The hotel has valet from a friendly staff, there is a surface lot accross the street and there is usually plenty of public street parking around the hotel.
Thanks for the great service and awesome meal!
I loved it the wife didn't care for it so much but I would return if it were up to me. I purchased the buffet and regular breakfast items on the side because I used a Groupon. Best $60 breakfast for $26 can't beat that. My Omelette was great and cooked to perfection. fresh fruit and pancakes awesome awesome as well make sure you go early in the morning when the buffet is fresh tho
we were served by a nice lady named TaDottie who was very kind and an excellent server. The food was Excellent! A very nice place to dine.
Went here 3 years ago for my cousin's bridal shower and my surprise birthday brunch. The food was alright the mimosas need a better champagne but I'll come back this summer if I'm not booked and busy.
I order chicken and had to buy the fries separately and then wait 30 minutes for not that much food and there was only one other person. Food was okay not great but okay kinda not worth the wait and the price was a little high though the atmosphere was quiet and quaint though that might be because there was one other person all together this was $15
The 1st Cuban is perfect. Soft, fresh bread with delectable meats... If you add the fries, which I HIGHLY suggest, it gets no better.
The food was delicious. Food perfectly cooked and attentive wait staff very knowledgeable of menu. Can't wait to return.
Good atmosphere, friendly waiter. Food took a long time coming out but it was very good. Will go back.
