Was courteous person at front desk. Megan seemed very Friendly. She is knowledgeable to interact with and well informative as well. So visit was clear and concise. I was very pleased with the service I received from staff in back as well as at check out. So was a pleasant experience. I most.definitely would recommend. This staff to my friends for all relevant needs..

Great experience and treatment the moment I checked in at reception desk. I received an excellent description of how and why warts occur with respect to the various viruses. Then each treatment option was explained and how the functioned to eliminate warts. Then I was able to choose the option that fit my needs the best. Meghan was excellent in her through examination as well the causation. I found it very interesting to learn how the viruses react and enter the body. I believe the treatment will work great for me and maintain functional use of my hand during the process.

My visit with Mountain State Medical Specialties was excellent. The staff are friendly and very informative. Dr. King is knowledgeable and personable, with an excellent calming quality. I would recommend them for any dermatology or skincare concerns.

Megan is great. We were only in the waiting room for about 2 min. They took us back quick. My son is 9 and she made sure to explain everything to where he understood what she was talking about and what she was about to do. She's great with kids. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The check-in and check-out staff were very courteous and helpful. The medical staff, especially Megan, are always prompt and good at explaining things as they go along. So thankful for an office that seems to care for their patients!

Very friendly and always extremely professional. In my opinion Georgia is the best medical professional I have ever seen. She's insightful and takes the time to actually listen to the patient.

Dr King is wonderful. Very kind, caring, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. The other staff members at MSD were helpful and I only had to wait a couple of minutes in the waiting room before I was seen.

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Filled out paperwork and waited.. and waited. At 30 minutes past my appointment time, the receptionist didn’t express an apology when I asked about my appointment. So I canceled. Judging from the large number of patients in the waiting area, I suspect they overbook as a practice. Would recommend finding another dermatologist.

Dr. Louden is always very thorough and professional. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have always found them to be very good at what they do, and I appreciate them taking care of me and my family members. I would certainly recommend them.

Mountain state dermatology is the only place I wanna go for skin needs. I have had a couple procedures and the doctor was very good!! The staff is is the best! They're always cheerful and always have something good to say. I love it!
