Mr heros is always so good. The place is always clean no matter which one you go to. They are never packed but theres customers in there every visit. The food is made to order and gosh darn tasty. The pepperoni bites were slamming. They have so many great choices on their menu and the desserts look so good.

My go to is the Romanburger. It’s just flat-out delicious, imo. Followed closely by their Cheesesteak. The fries are firm sorta crisp but never soggy and limp. Seriously, I can’t recall ever being disappointed when eating or hitting the drive-through. Service, at least, using the drive-through is never fast so as long as you know and are aware the slowness shouldn’t irritate you too much. The inside is tidy just chairs and tables nothing fancy. I’ll say it’s “neat and orderly” when describing the inside lobby. Parking: Plenty of parking as long as patrons park correctly. That said, parking lines need to be repainted since they’re barely visible. Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk is ADA-compliant.

This is the second time I've been here. Doesn't seem to get much business but swear the food has been FRESH BOTH times I've been here! Staff are really friendly and shout out to Jayson for serving us today! They are being slept on! Make sure you guys order the jalapeno poppers!!!!!Food: 5/5

Review update: Fully disappointed. New management and the economy has hit this business and it shows in the 3 sandwiches I just picked up today. The philly subs are sticks. For a $13 LARGE sandwich, they are NOT worth it pics attatched. No green peppers, so small, it looked like a chew toy. The chicken philly I ordered looked just like they usually do, but the 2 LARGE philly's are the saddest freaking thing I've ever seen in my life. The chicken philly pictured was only a medium. It was larger in width than 2 philly's side by side. I will not be spending $48 for 2 combos and a large sandwich here again, I am sad to say. I loved this place pre-pandemic, it is a loss in my foodie world.

New Ownership. Ridiculously overpriced. Long wait times. They are actually weighing out the waffle fries to keep the serving small. Almost $7 just for a small sandwich and $4 just to make it a meal with a small amount of waffle fries. 3 of us got food sickness the last time we ate here. I would avoid this location.

I guess I should have researched more before trying. I was expecting something more like other sandwich shops, not a filled hot dog bun. The sandwhich itself was good. Fries are nothing special. No flavor. Not even salt. The only thing large about the large combo is the drink. Being the first time I went I asked for a minute to look at the menu and the guy seemed like I was a bother making him wait. All in all I think it is a one and done place for me. You can get way better for cheaper at other shops.

I haven't been hear in years!! The last time was in the city it originated Cleveland. It was just as good as it was years ago only a different location. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I'm a comment reader and this place doesn't have food already prepared, it's prepared when you order it. You're gonna have a wait time people. I ordered 2 LARGE Romanburger meals and about had a heart attack when I heard the price of almost $50 but when I got the food I realized what I actually ordered was 2 reg. Romanburgers each, Large Waffle Fries and hugh drinks! You can't buy groceries and make this for $50! Thanks to our Administration groceries are astronomical! My groceries have increased by $150 at the least! Eating out is a luxury now for most people! Most places get your order wrong, serve nasty food that cold and hard or just forget items you order all together!! Yes the prices are high. Yes it takes a bit of wait time but it's WORTH IT! Sorry for the rant but dang people. Lol
