I would give them 0 stars if I could. Service was terrible on top of finding bugs in multiple items. Went back to let the manager know about my issue and didn’t want to give refund, only exchange the items.
Hit or miss with food quality and coffee, they sometimes seem to run out of bagels and donuts in the morning. At one time the cappuccino machines were broken down for a while and the service is another story. There's a woman manager in the morning who seems to be in a bad mood and is easy to cop an attitude. If your not happy their, than why not find another gig? I try to avoid this store as much as possible if I can. Sorry and I really tried to give them a chance.
My local Tim Hortons in Clintonville was closed for some reason so I had to go to the one on Livingston in Bexley on 11/22 at about 7:20 am for any management that wants to take action. Every single coffee order I placed, which I knew exactly what I wanted, she questioned if I was ordering it right. Ordered a mocha, "you know that's coffee and chocolate milk right? Do you still want it?". Yes. I'll take a large iced coffee with a shot of French vanilla. "So you just want that black?" Yes. Every time I asked for a coffee she would ask if I want it just black. Unless I say otherwise, of course I want it black. Then tried to order three glazed donuts, "we're out of glazed donuts". Okay, I'll take three chocolate dip. Shouts at me "we're out of yeast donuts!" Like I knew that. I know these people are making minimum wage so the education requirement is extremely low, but this person needs to be fired. Garbage attitude and just a nasty person. Will absolutely never come back to this location.
It’s a hit and miss, mostly a miss. Whenever I order two coffees of the same size but different ingredients I will get two unmarked cups. When I address the issue I would a blank stare or an eye roll like I’m bothering somebody. Worst Tim Hortons in the city. Been going here over the past year and had got to a point I would drive out my way to another one. Due to convenience I went to this one today, worst mistake. Based on all the negative reviews over the past year I’m blaming upper management for the lack of improvement
I wanted two sandwiches on croissants, ok, they were out of croissants by noon. So I changed to plain bagels with plain cream cheese, out of plain cream cheese. They only strawberry cream cheese and some type of onion and , I don't even know. But no way! So I said strawberry please. I'm sure the cook didn't use 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese, for both pieces of the bagel. I mean you could see the bagels under the spread. The crevices., Darker pieces of the bagel that were baked. You shouldn't be able to see that once the cream spread has been put on. Smh. Stop the reputation of being just down right awful. He had to know. Not ok.
They messed up my order but Quincy helped out tremendously! Thank you so much! The coffee was great!
Worst tims in Columbus. Terribly rude people. The coffee machine is broken and only making half pots! Someone please explain to them half the water requires HALF the grounds. My God, they just don't care, they screamed at me, they slammed the doors in my face when I tried to help them. Terrible service as they refused to serve me. I only wanted coffee, figured it was an easy order boy was I wrong!
Went to the one on Livingston ave the young lady who was working the drive thur was so disrespectful she said there ice capp machine was not working so I said can I get and I started naming the sandwich she just started getting smart I said I'm not getting smart you said it wasn't working so I started naming the sandwich I wanted and the donuts so she started saying did you here what I said are ice capp machine aint working when I pull up to get my stuff bees everywhere paid her then they tell me to come to the front door I waited there then when they bring me my stuff cup holder is so dirty got home look like they put there fingers in the donuts never again will I go there
In the past year the employees are always rude even when I say thank you to them i'm always ignored. The service is terrible I have been coming to this location for 6 years atleast twice a week and in the last year I can not get a vanilla cold brew coffee made the same ever! Today it was all creamer with a couple ice cubes and literally no coffee in it. So once again I am "doctoring" up my coffee I had to pay for to make it worth drinking. Someone from upper management or corporate needs to pay a surprise visit to this location and correct the antics that go on there. After six years i am done today!
This is a Tim Hortons we can live without. The drive thru line was fast. However, Im sure it was this fast due to the lack of customer service and being asked, IS THAT IT, IS THAT IT, IS THAT IT??? And my questions not being heard or answered. Then to get to the window and I asked for a jelly and she told me it was .25 cents for a extra small smuckers grape jelly. It' not about the jelly, it has everything to do with the delivery of disrespect. why are we charging for jelly? And why are we so fast to charge for a condiments and not paying for customer service training?
