I don't know who the pleasant young lady was at the drive-thru early morning on 9/22, but it was refreshing to have someone who gave such quality and polite customer service! That's rare these days in Columbus anywhere. Keep up the good work!

Most of the time here, they like all the other Tims in the area run out of food all the time. I never know what the store will have almost daily and it's a bit agitating. However, the staff are pretty friendly so that's a plus! I just really wish they would have everything all the time or at least 3 days out of the week

terrible service here can’t even offer a refund or substitute for an item they don’t have, terribly made doughnuts barley iced and hard dough. This location sucks.

It's not all that and should have been better. I've heard people rage over this place and could understand why, but this location in particular was shotty. If they had better trained staff that paid attention to quality it would be much better. The vagabonds in the area didnt help the appearance of this establishment either

They had me order at the drive thru window because the lobby was closed. I thought that was a bit unusual and it made me feel awkward. Other than that I love the manager.

As long as they're open in the morning when you get there everything's fine

I know one thing i will never eat there again i stop there one morning for a sandwich in it wasn't done
