The staff here are top notch knowledgeable people. Mike fixed my old beaten up Ovation electric guitar into a shredder worthy of the masses! Good dude, great musicians I'll bet!

Great people who actually know what they are talking about, they want to see that you are satisfied with your experience and they seem like they actually want to help you and don't just try to get you to buy something like other stores do. They respect your opinion and are there for you and not just to sell product and get paid, they actually like their job.
