I left feeling stupid for ever having walked in there in the first place. He was obviously very bias against the type of guitar I brought in. It was very discouraging for a new player who just bought their first guitar.

Simply the best place to get any repairs or work done. Great customer service and the best prices I have found with exceptional quality of work performed. I recently went in to have two strap buttons installed and two K&K pure mini pickups installed on a Martin D-35 and a Martin HD-28V. They did exceptional work and had the guitars done in 3 days which was great! I was almost going to do the work myself (I am not an expert) because of high quotes and wait times I received elsewhere. Save yourself time, money and concerns as they will treat you right! They have earned my business for the future!
