I wish I could give this place zero stars. I got gel on finger and toe nails for my birthday. As soon as I paid, I mentioned that there was gaps in my nails that already looked faded or not painted. He said he would work on them. He just filed them down. I went outside and could see in the sun it was even more faded than I thought with noticeable areas not painted. I went back in and they only repainted two nails and said this was because I have have short nails. I’ve been getting my nails done at other places for a long time and never had an issue at other places. A week later several nails had already chipped off and gel is supposed to last longer than that. That was such a waste of money.

My Bella Nail Bar is amazing. They have water & wines available for you to sip on while you get pampered. I always feel welcome and look forward to my appointments. My nails always come out just how I like and my nail tech Sam always makes sure that I’m happy before I leave. The pedicures are great too— you sit in a comfy massage chair & they have options for gel nails. This is the only salon Ive really been satisfied with since moving here. I’ll be coming here for years to come.

The woman who did my nail excessively used the nail file and filed my nails down to nothing , I was visiting Charlotte from Florida and came to this salon because previously I was a regular at this location to one of the male nail techs. This one destroyed the shape of my nails which was almond and were my real nails. I wanted a French manicure with a nude base and ended up with hot pink nails, I stopped her from doing the French after i realized she kept making things worst. It’s amazing I left the salon with nails way shorter than I started with due to all the filing . It’s very hard to see how bad the shape of the nails were, smh horrible experience!

Do not come here! The woman cut and scared my pinky toe and they refused to give me a refund or give me anything to treat the wound/scar.

I usually enjoy coming to this location. I came for a $50 deluxe pedicure with matte red polish. The lady burned my right big toe with the drill twice, leaving a red spot with the skin removed. She painted my toes purple after I verbally told her red. The color mix was a bit of a misunderstanding because both had the same number, but I verbally told her red. The matte was not completely coated on a couple of toes. She painted the toes leaving some untidy then but on the paraffin wax, which was backwards. I believe she forgot and tried to put it on after my toes were completely polished. She also did not scrub my soles, one side on each foot is rough. I don’t understand why all this happened. I’ll remember this lady and not allow her to touch me next time.

Stay far away from SAM!! Typically I go in for a pedicure, but this time I needed a fill in. I had the worst experience that I’ve ever had in the 25 years of getting my nails done! Sam’s attitude was very nasty, extremely rude, judgmental, argumentative and I couldn’t believe that this disrespectful man even told me to shut up because all b/c I asked him does he typically do long nails. He clearly was ready to go home and said that he hated his job. His behavior and outbursts were irrational and totally unacceptable! As a kind person, on top on being a good paying customer, and tipping well, no one should ever have to experience this while getting a service! In my year of going here, I’ve never had an issue with anyone but Sam makes the shop look very bad!

This place has fallen off badly . I now have to find another salon to go to for my pedi and eyebrows since my last 3 visits here has been very disappointing! Today I got a pedicure frm what seems to be a new male staff because I never seen him before . However, my pedicure was done very sloppy and rushed . I had to ask him to please do my polish over . My nails were also cut unevenly. Never again

Prior to visiting the nail shop I soaked off all my Acrylic. On my nails they were cleaned and buffed when I arrived. I told the nail tech that I wanted her to put gel marble design on my tips and just do an acrylic overlay then clear top coat…..which basically is just the opposite of them putting acrylic on your nails first and then painting the tips of them and then putting the clearcoat on top so basically The male nail tech beside me understood exactly what I said and translated it, and she looked me in my eyes and said “no” ..the lady customer beside me said “what do you mean “no” “you don’t know how to do it or that you don’t want to do it?” Tech said I just don’t want to do it!!!!!! The moral of the story is this particular style means that every two weeks you just go in to get a fill-in and a clearcoat fill and clearcoat The marble style on your tips remains intact as it is basically encapsulated underneath the acrylic and they don’t make as much money off of you this way…. I was denied service for that reason this only !!!!! I had had this nail style done to my nails by private nail text on Instagram, etc., but I loved going to this place because of my pedicurist and decided to let them do my nails. Requested style: Encapsulated or 3D

My fav nail shop! Tommy, Phong, Jen and Lee are thee best! Ambience is great, always nice and clean, provides a lot different of services i.e. eyebrow waxing tinting, eyelash installs, etc. Has their own parking, in a plaza with a variation of food and clothing places to shop at.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Literally the worse experience I’ve ever had! I’ve come here several times before and never had an issue, today I came in for a pedicure that took over 2hrs and left with paint on my skin, my pedicure was messy and my toe nails actually hurt. I let them know in the beginning that the paint was messed up and she waited until after she cured the paint to try and fix it. I let the manager know I was unhappy with the service, she further tried to fix it and only made the pain worse!! Then argued with me about the horrible service I received. I will never come back here again and if you want to save yourself time and money DO NOT COME HERE!!!
