Needed a brace made for my daughter. One day before scheduled visit to make the brace we received a call stating we were still waiting for approval from insurance, I would receive a call to reschedule once approved. A month passed no call. No returned call after 2 messages left requesting a callback to see where we were in the process. Finally a response once I submitted an email. Employee from another office responded to my email & new appointment was scheduled. Arrived to have the brace made, employee showed my daughter what would be done & assured her no pain was involved in the process. The doctor came in, did his thing, while cutting the cast off my daughter yelled & almost jumped out if her seat which he didn't even acknowledge. I stopped him to check on her. About 30 min after we left she had a 3 inch long blister on her ankle where the cutting tool he used made the metal under the cast hot. These things happen but assuring no pain & melted skin are 2 very different things to an 11 year old. Anyway we were told we would get a call in 2 weeks when it was ready.....its been 22 days just left message # 2 for a callback to see where we are in the process, which I don't expect to be returned. Will probably end up calling Knoxville location to get them to motivate someone to return my call. Needless to say after this endless disappoint these are no longer "My Foot Doctors"!

Very pleased!  I went in for a diabetic foot check and ended up having ingrown tow nail surgery right away.  Did a great job!  Very nice :)
