Doctor was okay, however the office manager aka Doctors wife, is very rude. I was cussed at and talked down to, as well as told to find another doctor. All because I couldn't get a test approved through my insurance, and the day of my appointment is when I was told they cant see me without it. All I asked were questions about what is the next step. I was told that I must be "stupid" etc....it was extremely unprofessional. When I stated I will not tolerate those words, his wife then threatened me! I have never experienced a medical practice act in such a manner.

The billing department must have been trained by the call you every night crooked lawyer collection agencies. Owe $1 because your insurance is slow at paying (it takes more then one week to process in today's world) and they get hateful with you demanding payment in full before they can be seen. Then the Dr does nothing for you except for here's a brace and a shot let's wait a week and another week and another week but thanks for the money each week for doing nothing. Oh and even though you pay in full each week to be seen first, my wife got sent to collections with no proof for the bill other then their word. And she still hurts with no change, If your hurting find someone else or save the time and just flush the money.

Let me start off by saying 1 person ruined my experience here. Dr. Gernert is amazing and so was everyone else that I spoke with. But never in my life have I been cussed at and talked down to like I have today by their billing department. That lady cursed about me, said I wouldn't pay my bill and told me to find another Doctor.  All because I didn't receive a bill and questioned it. Why would I not pay my bill?  Do I want some random lady to cuss at me for asking a question concerning my bill. No, sorry that is your job. So cussing at me and talking to me like a child is not very professional or nice.

What awesome people. Called in a somewhat emergent situation and they bent over backwards to get my son treatment and relief. Really care about the patient instead of caring about the bureaucracy of managed care. Thankful for such great work and for caring.
