The water is always cold for some reason, but very clear. Great Marine for kayak and I've been told the catch is good too. Take some mosquito repellent

Took the 5 hour trip, very relaxing and peaceful! Water was VERY cold!!

I'm blessed to have places like this just minutes from home. Put in or take out anything you can paddle. For the solo paddler, this is a great spot to paddle upstream and float back.
