Beautiful hike but a few fallen trees blocking the trail, so just be careful. Great in the spring but really looking forward to returning in the fall. The leaves should make this a magnificent experience once the colors turn.

This is a very good hiking trail for you or your dogs if you have any. This different trails are very well maintained and this trail provides a beautiful view of the Chattahoochee River. It is a very good cardio work, especially for animals, because it has a very good variety of inclines and hills. There is a small section of the trail where the trail gets very narrow and rocky and you will have to be careful to not fall in the river below (by only 3 ft.). Also if you are looking for a place to do some trail or Cross Country running than I would recommend the Cochran Shoals or the Sope Creek trails instead, bu this is still a very good trail. This trail also has a secluded sort of vibe from it so if you wanted to be around more people than definitely go to the Cochran Shoals trail.

My favorite hiking trail in Cobb County, so beautiful and easy to access for all ages. And does allow dogs.

One of my new favorite to places to hike. Feels secluded AF even though your in the middle of east Cobb snob territory.
