Great place to run/walk and bike. You feel like your in the forest and it is relaxing.

Beautiful, safe for tots, wheelchair accessible. This is a beautiful trail that's 2.25 miles in and out. It's approximately 50/50 boardwalk and white pavement. There are benches along the way and pretty areas to throw a blanket near the creek. I and my dogs enjoyed it. There are poo bags after entering the trail. I heard white water through the trees and off an embankment but you'll be able to see it from the bridge.

I love running here! Covered trail winding through forest and some secluded backyards, connecting two parks. Really pretty little escape in the middle of the city.

Love this trail. Great for walking or biking, but it can be busy at times. Beautiful.

Awesome walking/running/biking through beautiful under canopy along the creek. The trail is about 1.25 miles long between Medlock and Mason Mill parks. It's got a couple big hills but is manageable for folks of any age. There are numerous offshoot trails if you want to hike or mountain bike a 4+ mile loop.
