My wife and I decided to come for dinner, we immediately regretted that decision. We ordered our food at 7, asked to speak with the manager 5 till 8. The manager told us they had a 45 min wait on the food due to being down 2 cooks. He told us they had 3 working. But as we pointed out, the restaurant wasn't that full. He said they had 25 tickets in when there wasn't even 25 people in the restaurant. He offered to wipe our ticket and let us leave just as our food showed up. We told him we were dissatisfied because we weren't told about the wait when we came in and ordered. But we ate our food anyway so we wouldn't have to wait somewhere else as our food was now sitting in front of us. He had no response and spoke as though we were bothering him about his job the whole time. And because we chose to eat he did not offer to remedy the issue, and continued to explain that it wasn't his fault. There was no standard procedure in place to have the hostess inform people as they enter about the extended wait time, nor did the waitress inform us of the wait time. And we over heard her explaining it to another table when they asked her where their food was. So we know they were doing it to everyone. On top of this I ordered boneless chicken, that seemed seared on the outside. My wife ordered a pizza and said it was very salty. So we were also dissatisfied with the food. We didn't say anything about it because we had already waited an hour for it, didn't want to wait another hour to eat our dinner.

Ordered food on the app to be ready at 9:18, the door and app say they close at 10. Doors were locked and they were closed. They say the owner won’t let them change the sign or app hours. Edit: I ordered chicken and potato skins. I got home and only had skins, which were cold and old. My prediction is this atrocity will be leaving Rapid City soon. Hey Buffalo Wild Wings! New locale?

First time here. Food was very good service was average. Enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

A "OK" place if you're looking for mediocre wings in overpriced portions with abysmal service. I went here today for lunch. We arrived around noon. Our waitress was initially attentive and got our order in pretty quick. Our food did not come for over half an hour and two people that were sat after us got their food before us. (One table that came in after us but got served before us was a group of Highway Patrol officers so I understand them expediting their order, but it is still frustrating). Shortly after our food came out, I think I was still on my first bite, the waitress came to check on us - and at this point everything was "OK" - so that is what I told her. We didn't see her again for almost a half an hour. My wings were luke-warm and my wife's were room temperature, at best. The portion-size to cost ratio was (in my opinion) not very good. The portion we got should have been bigger or the price should have been lower. The flavor on my wings (Medium Buffalo) was good. My wife got Hot Strawberry and that flavor was a bit lacking. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything special (in her opinion - which at this point may have already been soured by the overall negative experience we were having). Our son got Kid-friendly chicken strippers which came with peppered french fries which he couldn't eat because they had too much black pepper on them. The strippers he said were yucky - which I found odd because he loves chicken wings/strips/nuggets usually - so I tasted them and they were indeed "yucky". I am not sure if they just fried them in the same oil that they fry their french fries in or of there was something else going on but they tasted really off, like they needed to change the oil in their fryer or switch to a new brand or something. After our food was done we waited. And waited. And waited some more. We could overhear a table next to us, that had gotten sat toward the time our food arrived, complaining between themselves and talking about just leaving because they had not even gotten a drink order in. When the waitress finally did come I gave her my card and told her I was already going to be late getting back to work and asked her if she could bring a to-go box with the customer receipt. She took another 5 minutes to process my card and return - with no to-go box. So I got my son ready to go, as my wife dealt with the check, She was particularly annoyed that they charged us $1.75 for an 8 (or maybe 12?) oz cup of orange juice - that the juice was not included with the kids meal. It is honestly find that it isn't included but the fact that it was so much for a kids drink and that they gave no indication that it was an extra charge when we ordered was the annoying bit. I had to ask the hostess for a to-go box. After that we left, and will not be returning again.

Awful service. We waited almost 2 hours for our food only to get cold food. Instead of an apology from the manager we received excuses about how many tickets were ahead of ours. We definately won’t be returning.
