I'm a visitor to the Forest Hills area. I always get to this market a few times before I go home. They have great food products, many organic and healthy. Staff is efficient and friendly. I really like shopping here.

Staff is just RUDE. I go to their deli to ask a question his response is IM BUSY, the store is empty. THATS FINE I TOO BUSY TO EVER SPEND MY MONEY IN YOUR STORE. If you have options don’t go to this store.

Biggest organic selection in the area. Prices tend to be higher, though.
EDIT: I've lowered my rating because of a negative experience recently. I ordered delivery, which I never do and aside from taking much longer than expected (I was told at least 2 hours and it turned out to be 8), I got moldy produce and not all of the things I ordered. I specifically ordered from Natural because they are the only source of organic dried beans in the neighborhood and I was going to make chili. Of course the one thing they didn't have was the beans. This wouldn't have been a big deal had I received a phone call to let me know. I'd have just asked for a different type of bean. Instead, when I called to complain, I was told that they tried to call my number but got a busy signal, which is interesting, since it's a cell phone. I asked why he didn't try again and he said he just goes to the next customer - he won't even leave a voicemail if that's an option. The guy didn't even apologize or sound like he understands he has poor business practices. He just chalked it up to having a busy day. I really prefer to give my money to local businesses, but if I ever have to order groceries again, it'll have to be through a grocery delivery service like Fresh Direct. I already limit what I buy at Natural because of prices, this will only make me less inclined to shop there.

Excellent selection of foods for alternative eating styles ( vegan, gluten free, kosher). Very pricey however, I wouldn't recommend a full shop here, perhaps just to pick up those hard to find items. Their produce is always fresh and they offer a good variety of spices and organic veggies. Overall good experience, just wish it wasn't so expensive

It's what I would call a "gourmet supermarket" aka more variety but expensive, with many fruits and vegetables you don't see in other regular supermarkets, or which are organic. They have an insanely high amount of teas, and they also carry fruits such as Jackfruit and Sumo fruit (a tangelo variety) as well as many different styles of mushrooms, and frozen foods such as Dr. Preager's frozen veggie burgers and breakfasts. Most items seem to be organic. They have a very large cheese and meats selection, and I even saw they carried caviar. I will go again when I need items that I cannot find in my local Key Food, but for everyday purchases I feel it's too expensive.'s
