Neal, Leonard, and Sorensen Implant, Facial, and Oral Surgery

I had three wisdom teeth removed here and have never been treated more poorly. I am a nurse, and know when lines around patient care are crossed. After several unprofessional experiences with the front desk staff, who I believe was also family to the Neals, I developed an infection. When I called to say I was in a great deal of pain and unable to sleep at night, the receptionist responded that I could go buy ibuprofen at the drug store. The amount of pain, and the sleep lost, was horrible. I called again and she informed me she would let them know. I went in for my two week follow-up and the MD commented that my infection was awful and I must be in a lot of pain; he was completely unaware that I had called twice before. When I wrote a letter to suggest continued patient care training for their front desk staff, I was invited in to "hear an apology" from Dr. Neal -- when I arrived an attorney was present, they went over my medical files and informed me I had no case against them for medical malpractice. This was never my intention, and the clear lack of interest in any patient care improvement was beyond disappointing. I would never refer anyone I cared about to this practice.

I just had a rather complex oral surgery with Dr. Leonard.....Hallelujah! So very happy I came here, and so very happy to have found her. She is no nonsense and extremely talented and smart. The staff is lovely, and a rather well oiled machine, the way they run the place. I will be always loyal and grateful. Shauna

This practice was highly recommended by my dentist. Everyone who saw me was kind and efficient. I had my wisdom teeth removed and it was an easy, quick surgery and recovery process.

It can be quite frightening to have a tooth pulled, especially an old decayed one. Dr. Leonard is very gentle and put me at ease. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Neal and his team provided an exceptional service for me. I've received five dental implants over the past couple of years and I could not be happier with the processes and outcomes. From the beginning pre-surgery consults, through each day of surgery and the follow up exams, the service was consistantly top notch. Dr. Neal is a state-of-the-art oral surgeon, uses state-of-the-art equipment and is partnered by a most caring, professional and supportive staff. A Cadillac service at a competitive price.
