The front office lies all the time. Their goal is not to care about patients but ake money. It seems like they don't know that sometimes patients like us do observe what is going on with their interaction in the front receptionist and the doctor. It is so strange that Dr. Guo as the absolute arrogance deameanor and he posses down to his whole entire employees. I wasn't wondering we are all human beings and what if because they lies and only want money and would take out the wrong tooth??? Being an observer in their clinic is quite alarming to me. Also they don't understand people can sense they actually lie about treatments and procedures.

I had all my wisdom teeth extracted last week and the surgery was as smooth as I can think of. I had general anesthesia, very comfortable before and after the surgery. Wounds are as minimal as possible, even I have a fully impacted tooth, there are no pain after the first day

Had my wisdom teeth out. The surgery went very quick, I'd say 20 minutes. Dr. Wei Guo and his staff were amazing. We had a tiny issue with the insurance payment since I had to pay more after a month since the insurance didn't pay what they said they'll pay despite submitting the pre-authorization to see what they will cover. But this is not the office's fault. It's a typical insurance issue. I am still very happy despite this tiny fiasco.

I had a bad experience with my wisdom teeth extraction.
Firstly, there was not enough communication and explanation on procedure. I was waiting for a doctor at surgery room for 30 minutes with all equipment attached with me, so I can't barely move. During that, no one came to explain how long and why I have to wait.
Secondly, I had a general anesthesia for extraction. However, I believe I woke up during the surgery. I felt pain and I couldn't talk so tried to moan to let them know I was awake. They didn't notice it and keep doing, I was very scary and upset. Even after surgery, I was extremely frustrated with this experience for a week, so at the checkup, I told Dr Guo that I woke up during surgery. He said it's hallucination and I had a bad dream. Even I told him that I clearly remember the views and conversation between doctor and his assistants, he didn't believe me based on his proof. I'm not doctor, so I don't know if I really woke up, however, I'm not very happy with his attitude that he just saying "You had a hallucination, you didn't wake up." There was no empathy to patients who suffer from bad experience.
