I was pleasantly surprised. Yes it has the “hole in the wall” thing going on, but the food is actually really good and fresh. Great for lunch for the Clinton Hwy area.

The food is very good, reasonable prices. Location is difficult to get into, parking is limited, however, the clientele seems to spread out so you can usually get a parking spot.

I read that New China was a little slow so I ordered early: 4:32 pm. I was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. It was not ready until 5:44 pm! Asking for an explanation, I was told the cooks were 'busy', even though there were 5 other people in the place... The food was mediocre, but who really cares when it takes over an hour to get it?
