Very poor service as a father, I paid off all my owed support and they claim they do not have all my payments though the other state shows all payments made, and New Mexico is the state taking all the payments directly out of my check. when ever you have an issue like mine or not ALWAYS ASK FOR THE CONSTITUENT COMPLAINT LAYIZON they must provide you with a direct number not a fax number. You must also speak to your case worker if they transfer you to a voice mail or set up a call back not the time person giving you the information and include all of that in your complaint. The only way we can change the poor service is by acting on it.

This place is manned entirely by retarded chimpanzees. Apparently, the computers are down and I can’t pay my obligation. I called ahead to check and see if the system was still down (it was) and the attendant made it sound like it was my fault. I’m pretty sure you have to have a room-temperature IQ to work there.

Horrid bureaucrats with arcane rules and horrible, inefficient systems. You cannot use electronic bill paying. You cannot pay in advance. You cannot make lump sum payments for more than one month in advance. Overall, dealing with them is pretty unpleasant. Most mom and pop stores have more advanced bookkeeping capability, not to mention actual customer service. I guess when you have no culpability to do a good job, you have no reason to.

Natalie was not able to answer any of my questions logically. Talking in circles is where they confuse you, then themselves. They act like we’re trying to collect money just cause, instead it’s to raise our kids. Makes me wonder if they try hiring people with no families so they have no clue what it’s like to struggle! Not even a star. Completely disappointed!!!!🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

These people are complete idiots. I moved to New Jersey and they were supposed to make it an inter-state case and release their support withholding order. They NEVER did, and thank god my employer caught it and did not double withhold from my pay. If you are not the custodial parent, forget about getting any sort of sympathy at all.
The custodial parent has not worked in 13 years and they do nothing at all about it. And yet if I miss even one payment I get all kinds of letters in the mail threatening to suspend my license (great idea...lets suspend the only way people can get to work to pay the support).
Oh and if you expect to get a visitation schedule out of paying for your kid, forget it. You have to hire your own attorney, go back to court and file for visitation (even if you have 50/50 visitation you STILL PAY child support), how is this even possible!!!
