The young lady who helped me was very nice. It's nice to not have to deal with rude people just because we are trying to get help. But I turned in my paperwork they needed into the Dropbox and they said they never received it so they need to really fix that problem and have someone who wants to scan everyone paperwork in from drop box and not just throw away or what ever they do with it.

The women case workers order food and get it deliverd my guess is that you have to be collage educated to work here obviously they don't have common sence or they just cant afford to give not even a$1 tip! Sad!! Hey must be dumb cause you reallyshould be nice to everyone and anyone who handles your food! Common sence..... Just saying😁

The clients are rude, violent, and under the influence of alcohol or drugs 85% of the time. Not a good place to work.

Very helpful, very patient with my ignorance as to how things are done here in New Mexico. I left well informed and completely understanding as to what I needed to do so to be able to receive SNAP.

Excellent facility. Ideal for anyone who has questions about Medicaid and the waivers for people who have Medicare.
