Completely useless waste of tax dollars.

my visit was of mixed emotions. the staff was somewhat friendly, they offered me water and kept asking if I had to go to the bathroom. they also kept asking me if i understood things, which was quite helpful and were quite the chatterbugs. they even gave me a ride to my next destination on my journey that night. the building does seem dated, although somewhat clean. the carpet on the walls does appear to be circa 1980s, maybe shampooing them wouldn't hurt. I did see a dead cock roach here and there. if I have any reoccurring visits in the future, I would like to see maybe complimentary internet and more comfortable chairs. I think they could use more channels on their cable subscription.
