I have had 6 miscarriages and am currently pregnant. I was put on vaginal progesterone by a favorite doctor, who I cannot see due to an insurance change. I was scheduled to see these doctors in a month, which is fine. I understand I can't be seen until I'm far enough along. But I had questions for a nurse in the interim about progesterone and possible spotting. She couldn't answer them. She said "we only do injectable progesterone. I don't know anything about other kinds. " She didn't say anything about me needing to switch or ask further questions. That was it. As an LPN myself, I was very disappointed she didn't even offer to try to find an answer. After 6 miscarriages, I need reassurance and a knowledgeable staff. I do not feel confident that I will be well cared for here.

The doctors & nurses are completely rude. I know how many weeks I am. This is not my first rodeo! The fact that they came up with a different due date/ weeks is unacceptable.. no ultrasound has been established yet! Waste of time.

I’m trying to find the right words to describe how upset I am with my care here without going into too much gory detail. The bottom line is that I was right about 6 weeks pregnant and started having some tell-tale signs of miscarriage. I called the nurse and was told it was nothing to worry about, that the symptoms I was experiencing were very common, and that if I wanted to come in to talk to someone to put my mind at ease I could, but the most they would do was to draw some blood to rule out infection. They told me to call back if I experienced x, y, or z symptoms. Over the course of the next few days, I experienced all of those symptoms and called back each time, like they told me to. I was encouraged not to come in and that what I was experiencing was normal (even though in the previous calls they had told me to call back if I was experiencing x, y, or z because they were NOT normal). Fast forward 5 days and 4 phone calls to the nurses and doctors on call, and I was still being discouraged from coming in. But I knew something was not right, so I opted to go to the ER (one unaffiliated with NHRMC), and they confirmed what I had known in my gut all along - I was not just mid-miscarriage, but on the tail end of it. There was nothing left in my uterus at all at that point. As someone who was so excited to be a first-time mom, I am not sure how to even begin recovering from this enough to try again or put my faith in doctors to take care of me or my unborn children. Both my husband and I are devastated.

I've had nothing but great experiences, from the doctors, nurses and staff. I was extremely sick in the beginning of my pregnancy and they really supported me. I was nervous being on medicaid and what to expect but I think they have gone above and beyond. I also recommend "Centering" be sure to ask about it. Dr Garcia, I met in the ER and she was wonderful, I am currently a patient of Dr Craft and she's really great too. It's my first pregnancy and they have really been helpful with information and listening to my concerns. Sue Ramsey is also amazing for anything extra you may need. I would highly recommend this practice and plan on going back for future pregnancies.

Don't waste your time here. Didn't even make it to the back to speak with a doctor, or even a nurse. The front receptionist was rude as hell to me. I'm a newly young mother, this was going to be my first appointment. They refused to see me due to my address change and wouldn't recommend me to a OBGYN in my area. All she said was "ha, good luck." With a smirk on her face. I wasn't aware that they couldn't just transfer my blood work and interview to a doctor in my area when I transfer (which makes no sense, shouldn't they?) I just wanted to make sure that my baby and I are healthy, guess I have to wait another three weeks again. If I could rate this a 0 I would. Terrible service.
