Apparently Niagara Regional Housing has been given the right to lie to applicants, blackmail them and cheat them out of money not owed just so you can get put on the list. . I am being wrongfully denied access to the housing list by Ellen Stewart ( eligibility person) . She told me un writing that I supposedly owed them money and that I should contact Stephen Walters corporation. I did contact Stephen Walters and they say I don't owe money to niagara regional housing. So I filed an appeal letter on Feb 7 and got no response. Both Ellen Stewart and Michelle Mellon ( administrators) refuse to acknowledge my appeal or look into the issue at all. So basically as a disabled person on disability I can't get any justice. I wish I could sue them but financially thats hard to do
