Worst place ever, employees are rude, might be racist. The owner was there one day never asked if I needed help, just kept looking at me as if u was going to steal something. Like zombies the Asian owner looked at me on camera the whole time. Horrible feeling when your spending money.

The staff is rude! Not customer friendly!
Two young staffers no greeting and felt like a self serve store! Then you got to pay for stocking cap! A joke so I went to us wigs on Maryland ave.
I live 5 minutes from this store.
Sad!

I went there to buy a wig. I wanted to try a wig on to see if it will fit me, the girls told me I had to pay $5 to try on the wig. And it wouldn't even apply towards my purchase. How can you buy a wig without trying it on? These people are thieves!!!!

I don't really like shopping here. Very limited supply of braiding hair. Also, very limited selection of hair care products for minorities. I prefer go to their main location off Maryland.
