Nike Boston

The store is generally great, but parking in the area is tough and expensive; the shoe selection could be better more sizes of different models. It takes a while to have an assoiate get you shoes from the back room other stores display all the shoes in boxes on shelves, shoppers can help themselves quickly. And there's no restroom :-/ Shoppers would be more relaxed and would spend more time and money if they didn't have to worry about their bladder bursting...

Pretty big and complete. Went there on Sunday. Street parking is free but hard to find any spot. We parked our car at a garage. It cost us $45 for a 6 hours park.

Very good customer service. I had two representatives help me and they were amazing! Thank you A.J and I can not recall the other guys name but they were both very helpful and I appreciate it!

We had some returns from online purchases. Returning was easy but there is a lack of inventory for such a large store. Staff is super friendly but the lack of inventory forces me to give 3 stars

It's good but they don't have any Nike Reax shoes in stock or on display. Their sales representatives were very helpful in explaining different shoe designs.

I’m a big Nike shoe guy and I have made it a habit to come to the Nike Boston store monthly. Have often found good deals as well as shoes otherwise sold out online or through the app. It’s a Nike store, so you’ll be spending a lot of money for most of the shoes here unless you do happen to find a good deal. Make sure you use the Nike app in store to help figure out what sizes they have of the shoes you’re looking at. You can even request to try on via the app! One thing that is a bit of a bummer is that the store does not have the widest selection. Some speciality shoes golf shoes for example don’t seem to ever be carried in store. Wish they could be so I could try some of them on before purchasing online but it’s not the end of the world.

Great experience at this store!! As far as parking you can try to find meter parking or there is a garage. I ordered online ahead of time and was standing in line 5 people ahead of mefor about two minutesif not less when a girl approached me and actually helped me with my order. Literally within five minutes of being in the store I had my order. I browsed the store after that, they have a great collection and the store is very clean and hip, we will be going back again.

Easily best customer service I've experienced at any shoe store. I was looking for a new pair of basketball shoes and this great employee, Johnny, helped me out and made it so easy. We talked about what pairs of shoes would work best for me and after some discussion I walked out with two pairs of Kyries. Johnny is hands down the best employee I've seen at any shoe store.

OK selection good staff, definitely a busy location and what a huge store they probably have everything you’re looking for if you’re willing to pay the price. But it also comes back to service ever since Covid everybody services lacking This was no different there.

Johnny the shoe sales guy is the most helpful shoes sales person I've ever encountered. He knows more about Nike shoes than anyone I've ever met, and he was extremely helpful and assisting me to find the right pair of shoes. If all your customer service people are like Johnny I'm coming back again many times
