Kathy and Aleah were absolutely amazing! I needed to help my brother find shoes and a belt last minute for a wedding and they delivered the best customer service! Both were very friendly and attentive. I left with shoes, a belt and a great experience! Highly recommend.
Catch up with the times with a up to date phone system. Been trying to get in touch with the store for 3 days. The new manager order wrong size shoes to be shipped. Brought to his attention after he billed me. Ensured me he would credit and reorder correct sizes. Well 3 weeks later I receive one pair of the wrong size originally ordered and can not get a hold of anyone at store.
I like Clark shoes but I was treated very rudely at this location a couple of months ago. I came here with a friend and we were the only 2 people in the store besides the 1 employee. The security guard stood right behind us and followed us around this VERY tiny location the entire time with each step we took as if trying to pressure us to leave. Very sad to be treated this way when you just want to buy shoes....
If your on your feet a lot during the day I suggest trying out a pair. They have really great styles that are really comfortable. The heels are a bit simpler than I’d like but they do have some interesting options as well that will go with just about anything.
Prices are high and service is just so - so. while at the store I found the same shoes online for half the cost. After mentioning to the sales person, she didn't even try to keep my business; no in-store discounts or incentives.
This store has very limited selection of Clark shoes. I went there in late September to check out the buchachre 2 brown boots, but they didn't have the buchachre boots at all. These are the most popular boots from Clark's. They suggested going to the outlet store in Assembly Sq.
Price is on the higher side compare to buying online. The service was good in my opinion. He was the probably the only guy who works there, but we interacted with him, and he was decent.
Shoes are good but mostly plain, had worst service today, can't return shoes if worn once, no one told me.that when I bought them first, only exchange, or keep the shoes that are not for you. Customer service is almost dead in that place.
Walked in wearing my unseemly-for-Newbury big gray storm jacket over a T shirt. Associates looked at me but said nothing. They promptly greeted several WASPy yuppies that walked in. Felt judged and left feeling awkward.
Helpful and friendly staff, Clarks are the most comfortable dressy shoes I've ever worn.
