I've read the previously posted poor reviews. I wanted to share my positive experience. I was visiting from Colorado and tried on some Blundstone boots. I've done some research on the brand and I was very interested. I tried a couple of sizes. They have a nice selection in the store. I purchased a pair and when I got home I wore them around the house again. They were just a little too snug after all. I called them and spoke with a nice lady at Trend. I asked to exchange for one size up and they said no problem. I sent in my boots and copy of my receipt. They promptly sent the requested size and I'm happy! Yes it cost me a little shipping but that's on me. Good customer service, good communication and tracking number. Nicely done. I love the boots.
I purchased some boots over the weekend in store and realized when I got home they are too small, I’ve emailed 2 different emails and called numerous times to see if they will allow me to exchange and I’ve received no response. I live out of state so the only way I’d be able to get an answer is drive 3.5 hours. Love the boots but I would not purchase from this store as they lack customer service support.
Bought on cloud shoes at the store. They were too tight. Went to return or exchange them. They said to call on cloud. Oncloud said the retailer should address this. Retailer didn't handle this properly.
Awful customer service. I was visiting from Chicago and purchased a pair of On running shoes and was super excited to try them out since everyone I know says they are super comfortable. I wore them once and got huge blisters on my heels but didn't want to give up on the shoes so I wore them a few weeks later with different socks and it was even more painful. The store doesn't offer refunds so I called and explained my situation, expressed disappointment with the shoes and even offered to pay for the shipping back to them. Absolutely no leniency on the policy and no other suggestions to make a customer happy. I've worked in retail almost 20 years and would never work with a client like this.
Made an appointment 4 weeks ahead, provided my insurance information and filled a bunch of paperwork. 1 one! day before the appointment I get a text to tell me that my insurance is not supported, even though the website says they accept most insurance plans, and even mention Aetna by name. Most places verify your insurance the moment you make the appointment, and not 24 hours before visit.
Odd experience. got to the store at 6p, customers inside, door locked, knocked and the sale person both refused to come to the door and explain why they had locked the door an hour early with inventory on the rack outside and refused to answer the phone when they could see I was standing at the door. Not sure why they did not have the courtesy to come to the door and explain why they had closed up early when they indicated earlier in the day that they would be open to 7p and I came down to the store to make a purchase.
Really really really excellent store and customer service. While the selection of brands isn't vast, the brands they do have are top quality and come in all the colors and styles. But the main reason I would recommend shopping here is the wonderful customer service. The three men working were very attentive, helpful, not at all pushy, and just super friendly! I wish I knew about this place sooner and will definitely be going back
You can't return unused items that you purchased from the physical store for a full refund, even though you can do it when you order from them online.
Very disappointed!!!!!! I bought my wife Sorel Boots for Christmas on December 11th from Trend Boston online. I bought her a size 6.5 boot and she needs a 7. I contacted them directly after Christmas and was told they do not do exchanges after 14 days?????? So be aware if you are buying as a gift for someone that may take 14 days between purchase and them opening it!!!!!
Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a pair of boots online; didn’t fit so I initiated a return. I’ve emailed every day, talked to someone on the phone, but now silence. They refuse to send me a return label so I can ship the boots back. Horrible customer service, would never buy from them again.
