I’ve been going to Noble Rice for over a year now and I can say their food is amazing. Very fresh and awesome flavors that I cannot find anywhere else. They seem to be expanding their menu and changing a few things around. With that being said I came in last week and they had unrolled sushi. Wasn’t sure what that meant because why would someone want to eat unrolled sushi? Anyways, I ordered it to see what the “new idea” was about. It arrived and I literally had to make my own sushi…. I don’t want to come to a restaurant to make my own food. I was shocked. As a customer I never made my own sushi and when I had to make this the flavors were all off. Everything was falling apart… disaster. This is why sushi should be “rolled” because if not the flavors wouldn’t be accurate to what I have been eating for the past year. They have other great items on the menu but for me sushi is my favorite food hence that’s why I only come to Noble Rice. I hope they change it back to its old way.

My girlfriend and I have been coming to Noble Rice fairly frequently since about a year ago and each time we have dinner here, it is always a fresh and exciting experience. We finally got to do an omakase dinner last night, and it will be a dinner we will never forget. Chef Eric and his team craft bites of food that are complex, memorable, and even familiar, all at the same time. At times the food seems to be experimental in presentation or combination, but when we taste it, it reminds us of something from when we were growing up. We consistently have "WOW" moments when eating here. It is absolute magic. Not only that, they also make an effort to forge a relationship with customers;the times we have had dinner here, I have watched Chef Eric ask how his guests are doing, or how they have been, or what they're up to in their life. Noble Rice is an extremely special place here in Tampa, and I'm not aware of another restaurant that compares in terms of quality, experience, atmosphere - the list goes on. They're pros at what they do, and it's worth every penny.

Came here for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. It's a very nicely decorated place with a young vibe. I ordered the Tan Tan Men Ramen bowl. I loved the texture of the noodles and the flavor of this spicy broth. I was expecting sliced pork as opposed to ground pork but that's on me. I knocked down one star because I felt like there are other ramen places in the area that can provide the same quality of ramen at a better price.
